Our loads are insured to the value of R50 000 (Goods in Transit only). If you require a higher insured amount, an additional quote will be given.
Antiques are excluded from the Goods in Transit insurance. Any items that are irreplaceable or which is of priceless value or specified by you as an Antique item is EXCLUDED from insurance.
If the delivered goods must be returned or moved to a new address, an additional quote will be given.
The original delivery fee is for the delivery from point A to point B. If the goods must be returned to point A, an additional quote will be given.
It is the client’s responsibility to make sure that the furniture fits through the door.
Should a trailer be required an additional charge will apply.
Everything must be packed-up and ready to load before we arrive!
We don’t supply any boxes or packaging material.
If your building/flat is not on the ground floor please indicate it to us as these moves have additional charges and takes a lot longer.
We have blankets, ropes and a loading trolley on our vehicle to make your move easier.
Please note that the client must supervise the loading and off-loading of items as Loadworx cannot be held liable for any loss/damage that occurs while loading or off-loading.
Final payment to be made to delivery team after the goods are safely delivered or proof of payment must be emailed to Loadworx during that time.
